Posture is a question of perception.
Most people don't see themselves successfully in space.
When you think you are standing up you are likely leaning backwards. And if you stand up straight (my version) you will think you are leaning forward.
Change is hard to come by and we resist it with all we've got but this hour long video will blow your mind as you see just what it means to stand up with good posture.
